Email as an organizing tool

YOu get productivity by organizing yourself, and also organizing and keeping track you assign to others. I am sure many of us send emails to our colleagues and friends asking or following up something, and sometimes we don’t always get a reply or closure.
With several e-mail addresses and using different e-mail clients ( outlook, outlook express, email through cell phones), it is hard to flag it properly as well.
