Demanding Perfection on the WRong Things

I just meet up with a friend whowas talking that he had a friend who made it big in business.  He was poised to benefit from his wealth, and decided to construct a big mansion.  The mansion took up a lot of his time, and money, and he was on the construction site everyday to make sure that everything was just perfect , and.. impressive.

He was not able to get good workers enough, and the house made him upset every day because of many ‘delays’ and ‘imperfections’.  At the end, it consumed him so much that he had a heart attack, and died before the house was finished.  What lesson can be learned from that?

the story gives us a very nice lesson about life. sometimes, we pushed ourselves to the limits and we didn’t know that in doing so, it will lead us to nowhere. we should always put in our minds that nobody’s perfect in this world, we have our own strengths and weaknesses. we should accept that we are human beings prone to commit mistakes. but from there, we learn to stand, grow, mature and develop to become better individuals.

sometimes, we don’t appreciate things done by our loved ones because it doesn’t satisfies our tastes and the like. we forget that whatever they are doing to please us are already their best. so, now, if we are too perfectionist, we should learn to change and adjust and learn to appreciate even the smallest thing any person is sharing or giving us. from there, we build good relationship and emotional satisfaction. happy people and those who smile always will reduce health diseases. as what the saying goes, laughter is the best medicine…. if only the man in the story learns to be more appreciative on the works of the construction people, then, he would still be alive and enjoyed the comforts of the finished dream mansion he is building…..

to those perfectionist guys out there….. loose a little…… give yourself a break, take a deep breath and enjoy all the imperfections of life because that makes our life worth living for and challenging…

It is out of our imperfections that can made us a better persons. I always believe there’s no such thing as perfect person or perfect thing.
Be thankful that you don’t have everything you desire.. if you did what would there to look forward to? Be thankful for the difficult times.. it’s during those times you grow. Be thankful for your limitations becuase they give you opportunities for improvement.. Be thankful for your mistakes . They will teach you valuable lessons . Find a way to be thankful for your troubles, and they can become your blessings.. JUst be thankful about the little things we have it is from there we can appreciate the beauty of life…..
