Leisure and Work Hours

I just read this comment, and am thinking about it. It seems to make a lot of sense, and you tell me!
Its not a man’s working hours that are important - its his leisure hours! That’s the mistake we all make!
I guess the person has a point. Our working hours determines our success as a businessman or as a professional. Our leisure hours determines our success as a person, and gives meaning to who we are. Say?
