    Many employers do not believe that recruitment is difficult for large or an agreement. Finally, there must be a large number of people looking for a good work. They are carefully and with a little mental pair. Why not all want to work for them?

    What May is the case, but the fact is that the attitude is much more difficult than you think.
    May you have already read my article “What are the costs of setting a bad”. If they have not already done so, I recommend reading. The managers and entrepreneurs a series of errors of attitude. The question is how much can really finished, it is difficult, if not the good, the burden of proof in terms of employment.

    First, you return with the wrong people in the wrong job. Not only perhaps not a good job, they can really hurt your results not from the opportunities presented to them. One of my customers told me that their employees are not vertical marketing (selling other products and services) for their clients if they are gone, do the maintenance work.

    We have a simple system to the employees can sell, but how much money has been lost because some of them are afraid, you want more?

    Secondly, lack of integrity in an employee and not controlled, not the person before the folder sign both financially and could damage its reputation.

    Thirdly, the wrong person, the loss of a project or a major customer. Sometimes the wrong person can be an employee of the trust and the creation of problems with his team.

    Aggravée over time, the lack of good attitude you can, exploded.
