Plan as You Go
Administrator
Who can argue that business plans change?
For sure, no business plans should be written in stone , and there should always be regular reviews, and corrections as you go along.
But naming it Plan as You Go might mislead people to thinking that there is no overall initial plan in the first place….
Business Plans: “Plan as You Go” vs “Traditional”
Your plan document needs to be flexible enough to incorporate changes regularly. Don’t think of it as some huge printed document (a Business Plan with a capital “B” and a capital “P”) that sits on the shelf for a year. Rather it should be something that evolves and is modified regularly as your business evolves.

Hi Wilson,
Interesting take on the name “plan as you go.”
I wonder what Tim Berry will do — will they change the name in later editions? who knows.
I love your new avatar/cartoon! You look so happy in it.
Best,
Anita
