ABS-CBN Born Diva, Raki Vega’s Valentines Concert at SM Cinema 2 on February 17, 2006, 8PM was a success. It was presented by NGenius IT Hub and Asian Academy of Music. It was sponsored by San Miguel, Pink Passion (most high intertrade), Laser Writer, Cebu Daily, Graphicstar and other companies that supported the Born Diva in her major concert in Cebu.

SM Cinema 2 was filled with with Raki’s excited fans as she graced the stage with her charm and entertained them with her powerful and lovely singing voice. She sang the song “Unleased Diva” and “Today’, her winning piece at the Born Diva competition of ABS-CBN. Trina Delamede composes her winning song. His leading man in the play, Once on this Island was one of her guests performers in her Valentines Concert. Raki’s two other guests are Grant Dosdos, Champion in the 26th Cebu Pop singing contest on January 2006 with his winning piece, “Tatay pauli na”, compose by Dennis Sugarol and Marion Busano, the 3rd placer in the same singing competition.

The biggest series of job fair for 2006 was presented by JobStreet.com at Ayala Activity Center Cebu on February 17-18. The computer facilities needed for on-line registration was sponsored by Ng Khai Dev’t Corp. The applicants got the chance to be interviewed on site after the registration on line. There were 16 participating companies to choose from, Accenture, Banco de Oro, Berkeley Plans, Cebu Pacific, Celestica, Convergys, e-Telecare, Gensan Shipyard, JG Summit, Ng Khai, People Support, Philip Morris, X’Libres, New City Commercial, TMX Phils. and Philam Group.
