Ng Khai Supports PMAP 2007
Ng Khai Development Corporation, together with Esprint Software, joined this year’s Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) 7th Regional Conference, July 26-27, 2007, at the Waterfront Hotel - Lahug, Cebu City.
At Ng Khai booth, the Employee Privilege Plan (EPP) was introduced and offered to attendees. Esprint’s RUSHMORE, a human resource information software, was also explained.

The event gathered human resource (HR) managers from the Visayas and Mindanao areas and updated them on the latest global trends and effective practices in HR management and organizational development.

It also provided a roadmap for a performance-driven HR that will result in better productivity in their respective workplaces. The conference included a HR interactive and round-table discussion on the topic, Philippine Governance: Its Implication to the HR Community.
