Gartner sees PC growth of 11%, but remains cautious – MarketWatch Technology research firm Gartner Inc. said Tuesday that worldwide personal-computer units should grow by 11% in 2008 over last year, but that growth could fall into the single-digit range if global economic uncertainty becomes stronger this year.
