Mayor Thaddeus Ouano of Mandaue City celebrated his 60th birthday.

His father Pedong Ouano in his welcome remarks said that Teddy Ouano is also a businessman. So even if the real birthday is 59th, they put a ‘mark up’ and celebrated 60. Chinese people also typically celebrate birthdays one year than the western people.
