Cebu is known for its delicacies, handicrafts and stone crafts. Now where to find them here in Cebu?
The famous Titay’s Rosquillos in Liloan.
Fresh variety of cut flowers from Busay, the little Baguio of Cebu.
World class guitars is from Maribago where Lilang’s Guitars are made.
Chicharon (Crispy pork rind), Ampao and Bukarillo is from an old town in the Southern part of Cebu called Carcar. This town is also popular for its quality shoes and sandals.
Danggit, dried rabbit fish for a hearty breakfast from Bantayan,
Puso, the hanging rice from Carbon and Tabuan Public market,
Budbud and Pintos from Bogo, made from sticky variety of rice locally called pilit mixed with coconut milk
Hand-woven blankets from Argao.

Nice article but seems like you miss out some of the best buys that only Cebu can offer. Do you know where to buy the best goat’s eye? I need to try one.

hey jorge..sorry i forgot to include that…you can see them long Juan Luna St., near Sto. Niño or somewhere Magallanes St…But I havent tried using it..hehehe… I dont need one man gud…rock on…

that’s the reason why people from all over the country just flock here in seyboo because they really love our foods!Take it from me..My relatives and friends who are from the other side of the world says so…I sure am glad to be a cebuano! whew! just thinking of our specialties makes my friends in my stomach scream…hehehe

ei JOrge! You forgot to mention the OTAP and the CASAJOS (died carabao meat). Everytime I come home to Cebu, my officemates never fail to ask for OTAP and CASAJOS for pasalubong..
And the mangoes… One of the most expensive variety of Mangoes sold in Japan for around 5,000 yen a piece is from Cebu.. my boss and japanese co-workers love it and when we are in Cebu for business, we never fail to dropby 7D to buy some..

hoi dong naa gyud ka nakalimtan ug butang…ang inasal sa Carcar pa di…sus mortal sin gyuud na kung dili na maapil sa imo list…Do you know that during the time of Erap if there are special occasions in Malacañang ari siya magorder ug Inasal sa Cebu? Actually if you would try to mention all products and delicacies in Cebu sus mahotdan ka ug space heheh…

yummmmmm! mga lami gyud ni gi-mention nato sa ibabao, and believe molami pa gyud ni samot if apilan nato’g Talisay Lechon Baboy and Kinilaw isda nga isawsaw sa aslommmmm kaayo nga suka nga dunay halang kaayo nga sili with kalamansi….parisan nato either puso, linung-ag saging hilaw or camote unya kinamot pa gyud! Dayon padangugan ug favorite softdrinks or beer! TUG-AB GYUDDDDDDD SA HUSTO!

Cebu is also known for the best lechon. Especially sa lechoncebu.com. Ang sarap ng lechon nila. Napaka crispy pa ng balat.
