Internet Link For Cebu Rural Banks

Soon all rural banks in Cebu will get to see the power of the internet technology. A Cebu-based company, RuralNet, Inc. is tapping the technology to link the rural banks all over the country to each other, as well as, to other government agencies and businesses, sharing information between them that would possibly enhance productivity and management efficiency.
It would provide secure and powerful electronic exchange of information between rural banks. Initially, the project will cover the whole province of Cebu which would see all town rural banks linked by next month, the schedule of its launching, according to Julius Bagsican, senior manager of RuralNet.
