thanks hazel!

i think 2 weeks' isn't enough to enjoy your stay in cebu. but if that's the only chance u could probably have, then worry not.

Don't worry about expenses because i know how fat ur wallet is after years of amassing dollars in ur adopted country. lol!

First 2 days, tour around the city's historical and cultural sites such as magellan's cross, basilica, cathedral, fort san pedro, colon street (country's oldest), casa gorordo (along parian), taoist temple, usc museum, usp museum, swu museum, lapu-lapu and magellan shrine, mandaue church's last supper tableau.

Next 2 days, tour mactan outlying islets such as olango for the olango bird sanctuary and nalusuan marine sanctuary, snorkelling around olango, hilutungan, and nalusuan dive sites.

next 3 days, go mountain trekking via osmeña peak in mantalongon, dalaguete cutting across the mantalongon range to badian's kawasan falls. stay for a while at the kawasan falls and stay for a night at badian island resort & spa for thorough pampering after a back-breaking trek.

next 3 days, take scuba diving classes at moalboal's famous dive resorts. enjoy the underwater spectacle off pescador island and moalboal's rich marine ecosystem after completing ur lessons and get ur certification.

next 3 days, drive around cebu islands (including bantayan islands and camotes islands) for 'visita iglesia'. discover the old churches around cebu's 47 towns and 5 cities.

next 2 days, go to the tops. TOPS is cebu city's highest point where u can have a 380 degrees view of the city. night is the best time to go up there. u can have a picnic in there. it's kinda cold up there so a sweater is a must. to wind down, go to shangri-la resort and spa for a much needed body treatment after a two-week arduous activities.

prepare urself and pack up for ur flight back home!

then come back again for another 2-week adventure in cebu. u had just covered 10 percent of cebu's wonders.

good luck!
