Cooking Demo At Inasal Festival

In what would be Cebu’s unique and grandest roasted pig festival, Talisay’s 1st Inasal Festival promises to be an exciting mix of fun and gastronomic indulgence. A series of socio-cultural events is scheduled daily leading to the culmination of the festival on October 15.
One of the exciting events scheduled for Saturday, October 8, is a cooking demo. A totally cooking experience awaits the audience and participants alike as they will get to learn the myriad ways in using roasted pig as a major ingredient in various inasal recipes.
The cooking demo dubbed ‘Cooking Creations From Inasal’ will take place inside People’s Hall in barangay Poblacion. Everybody is invited to come and partake in this one-of-a-kind cooking demonstration of unique gourmet inasal recipes.
