Living With The Dancing Sun
Located in the historic town of Carcar, some 40 kilometers down south of Cebu City, lies an idyllic place called Dancing Sun Subdivision.
The place was once the site of the rare mystical yet controversial phenomenon that drew tens of thousands of religious fanatics and devotees over a decade ago. There occured an inexplicable solar phenomenon where the sun seemed to ‘dance’ above the sky. At some point in time, the place became a pilgrim area.
The place has retained its natural charm of verdant undulating knolls blanketed with shrubberies and grasses that seem to invite you over for a luxurious country living amidst the chirping of birds, lowing of cows in pasture-lands, the rustlings of leaves of the trees as the wind blows, and the smell of fresh air all over.
The Filipino-Mideterranean-inspired Dancing Sun Subdivision is a 7.2-hectare residential project of D’Logo Development Corp., a part of Maria Luisa Properties, who also owned the upscale millionaire’s enclave, Maria Luisa Estate in Banilad, Cebu City.
The project consists of three phases which are available in lots and house and lot packages. In the house and lot packages, there are four model houses to choose from with floor areas ranging from 51 to 76.64 square meters. The lots on the other hand range from 72 sqm to 130 sqm.
Amenities include a guard-house, perimeter fence, pocket gardens and open spaces, land-scaped mini-parks, children’s playground, basketball court, clubhouse, concrete roads with gutters, open commercial center and a 24-hour security.
