McDonald’s To Open More Stores In Cebu
Friday, December 2nd, 2005
Losing out to local behemoth, Jollibee, in the race to the number of stores per square mile, doesn’t mean McDonald’s, the world’s largest fastfood chain, is losing steam.
Recently, Golden Arches has announced it will undertake major expansion program beginning next year as it transformed itself into an all-Filipino owned company after it bought out 64% of ownership from the American mother company early this year.
According to one McDonald’s official, they already have identified three to four strategic locations for its new stores. They hope the stores will open in the middle or late next year.
