    Wednesday, December 21st, 2005

GQS PlazaBanilad, Cebu City’s newest business district, welcomes another locator, GQS Plaza.

GQS Plaza is strategically located along Gov. Cuenco Ave. and stands right beside the UC-Banilad campus. The new shopping arcade is yet another addition to the growing importance of Banilad as a commercial hub in the northern part of the city. Among its prominent tenants include Echo Appliance Center, Evercare Pharmacy, Chez Lucie French Restaurant, Leona’s Cakes and Pastries, Anything Better Home Center, Little Ong Pin, and Go Tham Gourmet Burger.

GQS Plaza adopts a unique concept for its commercial building patterned after a drive-thru restaurant wherein shoppers may just want to drop or pick up goods from the store without the need to get down from their cars. Although spacious parking bays are also available for their clients.
