A dream come true on Saturday. This prophetic statement seems to have been etched on a solid rock that the certainty of the fulfillment of one’s dream is already at hand. Seems like he is so sure that luck awaits him around the corner.

The country’s two local boxing heroes from Cebu are aiming for their respective titles in the OPBF super flyweight and WBO Asia Pacific super featherweight against two seasoned Thai pugilists this Saturday. The ALA prodigy odd-named Z “The Dream” Gorres will tackle the veteran Waengpetch Chuwatana in a 12-round war for the vacant OPBF super flyweight title in the main event while reigning WBO Asia Pacific super featherweight champion Czar Amonsot, will see action against Decho Bankluaygym in the supporting main event. Gorres and Amonsot are stablemates at the beautiful ALA Gym, arguably the country’s biggest and state-of-the-art boxing gym.
