CICC, Way Ahead of Schedule
Thursday, March 23rd, 2006With the way the construction pace is going, the Cebu International Convention Center is expected to be completed a month before the scheduled summit in December.
The edifice was designed by Arch. Manuel Guanzon after he was commissioned by the Capitol to draft a new design to replace the controversial original megadome design by Arch. Medalla. Medalla’s design was rejected for some reasons.
