The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry was in Manila at the Hotel InterContinental to launch the Cebu Business Month 2006. Francis Monera, president of the Cebu chamber and Wilson Ng, chairman of the Cebu business Month lead the group. The theme of CBM2006 was Invest Cebu and together with over 20 officers of Cebu chamber were Tomas Osmena, Cebu City Mayor, and Gwendolyn Garcia, Cebu Provincial Governor.
