State of the Province Address

Here are some short videos of the State of the Province Address of Gov Gwen Garcia last July 14 at the Cebu Provincial Capitol, which was widely reported and attended.

- 1 minute video where she stressed why it is important to be united and to defeat the insurgency. This shows also the huge crowd that was gathered.

- 45 second clip where she stressed why it is important that Cebu help the other provinces.
