Mabuhay Lounges
Sunday, October 1st, 2006Philippine Airlines recently re-opened its Domestic and International Mabuhay Lounges at the Mactan Cebu International Airport with Cebu’s luminaries adding glitter to PAL’s new oases of calm for its passengers.
Cutting the ceremonial ribbon to open the renovated Domestic Mabuhay Lounge were Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Arturo Radaza, Gen. Danilo Francia, the new general manager of the Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority and PAL executive vice president Henry So Uy.
At the more spacious through almost identical International Mabuhay Lounge, located at the other end of the airport, PAL president Jaime J. Bautista shared the honor of cutting the ceremonial ribbon with Tourism Secretary Joseph “Ace” Durano, Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia and Margot Osmeña, wife of Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña. More…
