I was only there for a few nights en route to and from Dumaguete, but had no complaints. However, the only real exploring I did was visiting "Tops" with my ladyfriend and her sister-in-law. Quite exhilarating at night, I must say. Anyway, my memories of Cebu and Mactan are quite positive. Congrats for this positive exposure.
