A “specialized†mall will soon rise at the Capitol properties in Banilad.The mall to be called “Ciudad†will vibrantly mix culture, entertainment, retail, dining, and architecture, said consortium investors of the P1.2-billion project.
The investors and the Capitol aim to make the mall not only a commercial center but also a tourist spot with Cebu’s arts and culture during the Spanish era to be showcased in the 33,000 square-meter lot.
