Sun.Star Cebu - US plumbing company opens Cebu office, 24-hr operations

A US-based company specializing in plumbing and drain cleaning services is opening its first outlet in Cebu.

Roto-Rooter, which was founded in 1935 by Samuel Blanc in Des Moines, Iowa, provides plumbing, drain care and emergency services.
