The Cebu provincial government is ready to host a dinner for Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who has confirmed his attendance in the rescheduled East Asian Summit that follows the 12th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit in January.
Earlier reports from Tokyo said Abe will fly directly to the
Philippines from January 14 to 15 after a whirlwind tour of Britain,
France, Germany and Belgium.
