President Roh Moo-hyun is scheduled to leave for Cebu, the Philippines, next weekend to attend a summit of 10 Southeast Asian countries and three Northeast Asian nations, according to Chong Wa Dae on Friday.“President Roh will embark on his first overseas trip this year on Jan. 13 to attend the 10th ASEAN+3 Summit and the 2nd East Asian Summit in the Philippines,’’ Chong Wa Dae spokesman Yoon Seong-yong said in a press briefing.
