PROPERTY firm Cebu Holdings Inc. reported an unaudited 2006 net income of P207 million, up 76 percent from P117 million in 2005, with strong rental income and real estate sales.Revenues were P1.04 billion, up 51 percent from P690 million in 2005.
The company, a Cebu City-based affiliate of Ayala Land Inc., is expanding its Cebu Business Park, adding 6,000 square meters in leasable space. Construction began in June and is to be completed in the present quarter. It is also expanding the Ayala Center Cebu mall.
