P200-M beach villa to rise in Tuburan town
The construction of a new beach villa in Tuburan, Cebu is viewed as a “job generator†for the town’s residents, a public official said Monday.
Vice Mayor Rose Marie Suezo said the presence of the Apalan Beach Villas will enable jobless locals to find another way of providing for the needs of their families.
“Although there were no specific conversations with the developers on the terms of giving jobs to the locals, I am hopeful that they (developers) will help us,†Suezo told Cebu Daily News.
