Ayala Center Cebu, 3:00pm.  Visit the www.itsngenius.com/mscebu2008 to
cast your votes.  Vote and check out the top 12 of the next year’s Miss

    during the pre pageant i’m sure that sian will be the one of the top 5, but when during the final night… wow! SIAN was awesome!!! she really deserved it
