Sinulog 2008 Festival Winners

Lumad Basakanon won first prize for this year’s Sinulog Free Interpretation category.

They were followed by the municipality of Carmen, Alikaraw
Organization of Hilongos, Leyte, Tribu Iliganon of Iligan City, and
