Cebu City chosen finalist for Gawad Kalasag award
The Cebu City Disaster Coordinating Council was chosen one of three finalists for the national Gawad Kalasag awards, vying against Makati City and Olongapo City.
Kalasag, which stands for “Kalamidad at Sakuna Labanan, Sariling Galing ang Kaligtasan, is annual recognition of an individual or institution for excellence in disaster management and humanitarian assistance.
