Cebu to send scholars to South Korea to study ICT

Top universities in Cebu and nearby provinces will be sending students to Kwangwoon University, one of the best engineering schools in South Korea.
Kwangwoon will grant scholarships to 10 universities for undergraduate and graduate degrees, according to Bonifacio Belen, executive director of the Cebu Education and Development Foundation for Information and Technology (CEDF-IT). More…

hi everyone,
wow! I was so happy to see this information about sending scholars to south korea specially at Kangwon National University. Actually, I am the first student from the Philippines who got the chance to study here as master course in Kangwon for free. When I came here, I also want that other filipino or cebuanos to come and have these great chance. And my dream will come true, that is why I am so happy….
