Antique eyes sisterhood relationship with Cebu
Thursday, September 4th, 2008Officials of Antique expressed optimism that the proposed sisterhood relationship to be forged with Cebu would open opportunities for both provinces.
In a resolution sent to Cebu provincial government, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Antique signifies its intent of establishing a sisterhood relationship with Cebu.
Board Member Fernando Corvera, who sponsored the resolution, said “this sisterhood agreement would foster not only closer relationship between the provinces and its people but also would result to better growth and development.” The Freeman
