Marriott launches seafood ‘market’
To position the hotel’s restaurant as the source of one of the best seafood spreads in town, the Cebu Marriott Hotel launched its Seafood Market Buffet last Wednesday.
Dottie Viajar-Wurgler, director of operations, said this seafood market buffet will give customers the opportunity to have fresh seafood cooked according to their preferences.
“All the seafood such as prawns, shrimps, shellfish and the like will be presented market-style. People pick what seafood they like and they can have it steamed, grilled, fried or cooked just the way they like it,” Wurgler said. More…
